Hi... It turns out that to fix my problem I had to rebuild my sitebndl.zip file and send it to CNRI. Jane Euler at CNRI was very helpful and now my handle server is working. I am not sure what happened since the timestamps had not changed on my public and private keys, but in any case, all is fine.
