I was able to get sword working by adding the context; <Context path="/dspace-sword" docBase="/path/to/dspace/webapps/sword" debug="0" reloadable="true" cachingAllowed="false" allowLinking="true"/>
If you are able to browe jspui and/or xmlui I'm assuming you may have done this; if so, is Tomcat logging any additional errors?
