Subject: V1.5.1 (newbie): Cannot block editing of metadata by submitters
after submission accepted?

Hello all,

I would reach the goal of making metadata "frozen" once a submission is
completed. They should be protected from all users, except the admin
ones.

In our tests, it seems that giving a user the permission to submit items
to a collection implies also that he/she can edit metadata, even after
the submission is finalized. For this it is enough that the user / group
etc. only have ADD privilege, not WRITE.

Am I making some basic mistake? On my test collection, the only non-READ
policy I see grants ADD to group COLLECTION_1_WORKFLOW_STEP_1.

Thanks a lot,
