Yikes! I don't want you to duplicate too much work. Sorry I haven't had time to post before.... We recently contracted with Mark Diggory and @mire to do exactly this work. The resultant code is available from our codebase at http://dryad.googlecode.com and full documentation is available in http://dryad.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/docs/atMireDocumentation-2009-3.pdf There is only one small catch: the embargo code sits alongside some other modifications. I still need to go through the documentation to pull out the relevant files to create a patch. I won't have time today, but should be able to get to it later this week.
