I am running Dspace 1.5.1 on a Windows 2003 box. I am receiving the following error after running the "mvn package" command.

[ERROR] BUILD ERROR [INFO] Failed to resolve artifact No versions are present in the repository for the artifact with a range 91.5.0, 1.6.0.0) org.dspace:dspace-xmlui-lang"null from the specified remote repositories: central (http://repol.maven.org/maven2, maven.dspace.org/snapshot (http://maven.dspace.org/snapshot) Are any others getting this message? I have not had this error before.
