Just noticed that most files are in DOS text format.  When execute these 
files(script) in Linux, error like this occurred:

/opt/dspace/bin/create-administrator
-bash: /opt/dspace/bin/create-administrator: /bin/sh^M: bad interpreter: 
No such file or directory
