It is probable that that is a question best asked of the people who run your organization's email services. We might be able to help if you would tell us specifically what happens, especially the actual text of any error messages that you or the user may receive when this fails. Please make certain to check the DSpace and Tomcat log files for error messages which may be related to this problem.
