Hi Edmir, It seems your are missing some steps in the installation of dspace, or some steps are not finished completely. There should be a "bin" directory under your dspace source. Run "ant update" to let it copy the bin directory to your dspace home.
Run indexing commands from the bin of your dspace home, i.e. dspace/bin Hope this helps. Allen Lam.
