Hi Frances,

for 1.4 there is no other possibility than to do this on db level.

From 1.5.1 on you got the possibility as dspace administrator to log in as another user and thus cancel the subscription.

Hope that helps

Hi all,

Is it possible as admin to remove subscriptions for certain accounts, other
than directly working in the database? We have accounts for which the email
address no longer is functioning. When they have subscribed to a collection,
this results in errors.
We are running Dspace 1.4.

Kind regards,
