When working with the handle server, the installation went by the
book. Then when attempting to use the handle link we receive the
following error. Has anyone seen this error before? If so, how did
you resolve it.

error getting values: HandleException (HANDLE_DOES_NOT_EXIST)
HandleException (HANDLE_DOES_NOT_EXIST)
at
org.dspace.handle.HandlePlugin.getRawHandleValues(HandlePlugin.java:263)
For us ports 2641 and 8000 are completely open.
