I have now received a link to the patch that take care of this, in case of other who could you use this, heres the link - http://jira.dspace.org/jira/browse/DS-332 (Thanks Eija from http://helda.helsinki.fi )

Why is this not the standard for Dspace? I can't see any good reasons why it shouldn't, unless it's because of priorities/lack of time from the developers/maintainers.

I will suggest to have it added to the 1.7 release in December :)
