Scott - It's been a while since I've done this anywhere. I'm a bit fuzzy on it and looks like I may have left out some details in the original message.
- Did you deploy the updated dspace.cfg file to your installation directory? - Do the file extensions of your TIFF files match the file extensions that you added to the bitstream format registry? - Were the TIFF bitstreams added to DSpace before or after you added the TIFF format to the bitstream format registry? If the bitstreams were added before you made the changes, you will need to go back into the items and edit the bitstreams. Change the formats from application/octet-stream to image/tiff.
