You will want to verify your solr server is running and that searches are
possible.
http://yourhost:yourport/solr/search/select?q=*:*
This is a query to return all the contents of the solr index. If you are
not able to run this request successfully from the same server as DSpace is
running on, then there is an issue with your solr server.
If you receive a 403 response, then there is something in your virtual host
or dspace solr config that is incorrect. Paste the details of your
configuration and we may be able to assist you in debugging the issue.
