Hello, have you got sub-daily running as a cron job? Notifications for subscriptons are not automatically sent when an item reaches the in_archive state. A digest is send when command [dspace]/bin/dspace sub-daily is launched. This is usually done as a nightly cron job, sie Chapter 4.4.1.
