You'll want to look in your 'dspace.log' file to see if there's any 
additional error information provided.  Unfortunately the error message 
you sent along doesn't provide enough information to know what may be 
happening.

Once you find the underlying error message in your logs, feel free to 
forward it to this list if you need help determining what may be the 
cause.
