Morning,

There's an Advanced Policy Manager tool, at least in the XMLUI interface.  In 
the Administrative menu, click Authorizations (under Access Control.)  Then in 
the main pane, under the search box, there's a link to the tool.  A quick 
search didn't net me anything in the manual, but it looks pretty 
self-explanatory.
