Dear Sir
Dspace run but it pause after 33 item. The last line you see at screen is
following then it got paused.
SKIPPED: bitstream 11 (item: 123456789/11) because '3.pdf.jpg' already
exists
 means 33 or next item/file is protected or big in size so skip these item.

then you should run command like this.
[dspace@library root]$ /dspace/bin/dspace filter-media -s 123456789/11
