I've never tried this before, but it looks like PubMed supports OAI-PMH 
harvesting, so you should be able to configure DSpace to harvest content 
from PubMed via OAI-PMH. Here's the details from the PubMed website:

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/tools/oai/

It says the base URL you'd want to use is
http://www.pubmedcentral.nih.gov/oai/oai.cgi

It also has some examples of OAI requests to PubMed:
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/tools/oai_examples/

Hopefully that will help you out.
