You have to check file upload type permission in MIME section For this first you have to login wih administrator in dspace then Left hand side you will see navigation bar for change this.
Then click on Administrator then left side panel you will find out Bitstream Format Registry Menu. Then You have to uncheck the file format of which you want to upload.
