Hi Alexandre,

you didn't mention which DSpace version, interface (JSPUI/XMLUI) and
XMLUI theme you're using (which you always should), so I'll assume
DSpace 1.8.2 XMLUI.

When you go to an item, click "Edit this item" in the menu, "Item
Metadata" tab, there is thelanguage column next to each metadata
value. You can either enter a language code or leave it empty. If you
want to add a second value of a metadata field with a different
language, just use the "Add new
metadata" form on the top of the page, filling in the language code
you want. You can have any number of values or languages for each
metadata field.
