Hi Darren, SWORD is what you are looking for. The server your users submit to would be the SWORD client and DSpace where you want the content submitted automatically would be the SWORD server. DSpace supports SWORD in both roles. Even if your client server is not DSpace, a SWORD client is quite easy to write, there are even lots of examples (e.g. in PHP) on the web.
