Hi Jacqueline, sounds like you're doing it right, so you must be missing some small detail.
1) Make sure you're editing the key in [dspace]/config/dspace.cfg, not only in [dspace-source]/dspace/config/dspace.cfg (the latter would require a rebuild of DSpace to take effect). 2) After editing dspace.cfg, restart your servlet container (Tomcat). 3) Verify that the HTML source of the page contains the GA key by searching for it (you can view HTML source by pressing Ctrl-U in most browsers) 4) If it still doesn't show, clear Cocoon cache [1]. 5) Verify 3) again.
