Hello Dale, I recently had a similar problem with ldap hierarchical. But we have Dspace 1.7.2. I do not know the version 3.0 but... we fixed the problem filling this parameter in dspace.cfg: ldap.netid_email_domain = @ uvic.cat (your domain) But do not know if this parameter is also in version 3.0 I hope I can help !
