Hi Mark,

yes, simply upload a file with the same name (.txt) into the TEXT
bundle. Once that file exists (it can be even empty), the media filter
won't try to recreate it.

That's also a "feature". Simply run "[dspace]/bin/dspace cleanup" to
get rid of all the files marked as deleted.
