Hi Rémi, no, you don't need to install DSpace on a different computer to make submission work.
But you need to provide more details when reporting a problem. Include all of the following: * DSpace version and interface * What exactly is displayed when the submission is "not working" (screenshot would be OK) * What appears in the dspace log at the time when you attempt to submit?
