Below is the log when I again try keyword searching. I still don't get any
search results..(see the attached screenshot)

Stop Tomcat and run the following command (replace [dspace] with your
DSpace installation directory):
[dspace]/bin/dspace index-init -r -v
Then start Tomcat.
