You didn't actually write whether you want the statistics from both
instances recorded in Solr or just one of them. So I'm assuming you
only want to record statistics for DSpace 3.

Is this literally what you have in the config file? Because there's no
property name, only the value (URL). That should produce some kind of
error.

Why didn't you just comment it out as I suggested? You didn't send the
error message, either.
