That refers to the non-mobile theme you're using. So if you're using Mirage, 
then put it into Mirage. If you're using a theme based on Mirage, put it into 
that theme.

This code is for auto-detecting mobile clients and redirecting them to your 
subdomain that serves the mobile theme.
