hello everyone,
I am new to DSpace. I have already installed ant 1.9.2, maven 3.1, oracle
10g and jdk 1.7. I am using DSpace 3.2 and worked fine till packaging by
maven but failed while performing fresh_install using ant. The error is
given below:

BUILD FAILED
I had added -Duser.timezone=GMT+5:45, in two files namely 'dspace.bat' and
'start-handle-server' as I think the about problem was due to timezone not
set in java. But also its not working.
Can anyone provide me the suggestion?
