Hi Eimar, please note that there are 2 embargo implementations in DSpace 3: the 1.6 embargo and the new 3.0 embargo.
a) embargo-lifter is necessary only if you're using the 1.6 embargo, so please double check this is what you decided to use. In that case, this chapter describes how to configure the necessary metadata field for storing embargo terms. https://wiki.duraspace.org/display/DSDOC3x/Embargo#Embargo-Configuration If you still have problems, please include all configuration changes and Java classes you used for configuring your 1.6 embargo. b) If you're using 3.0 embargo, you do not need to run embargo-lifter at all, embargo terms would be stored in resource policies, not in metadata fields. You only need to make sure your server always has correct time (e.g. using NTP).
