You didn't write which DSpace version and interface you're using and whether you have Discovery enabled. In 3.1 XMLUI and JSPUI with Discovery, there's only Subject. In XMLUI without Discovery, there's only Keywords. In JSPUI without Discovery, there's both Subject and Keywords.
