sounds like a simple case. Just copy over your theme directory. See below for config migration. > How can I migrate changes in config directory? I recommed you to start with a fresh 1.7.2 config directory and migrate your changes one-by-one from the old one. That is the safest option. To find out which files/lines you changed, do a diff between the unmodified 1.6.2 dspace.cfg and your customized 1.6.2 dspace.cfg. Do the same thing for input-forms.xml etc. For example, if there were no changes between the unmodified 1.6.2 input-forms.xml and 1.7.2 input-forms.xml, you can safely use your old customized input-forms.xml.
