Dear Aiman Shahnawaz,
There may be some following issue while you complete the submission then
it's shows the Internal System Error :
1. Please check the permission of* /dspace/upload/* [ there may be the
permission issue ]
2. Also check the */dspace/assesstore* folder [ there may be the
permission issue ]
3. there is also user permission related issue into database side.
