Dear Amruta Patil,

You have to auto mount your external HDD. so follow the steps for auto
mount your external HDD on restarting the system.

You have to make entry of your mounting point on /etc/fstab

once you make entry on fstab then it will automatically mount your external
HDD on your mounting point.
