Well, I'm not very confident with Primo but I know for sure that it
support OAI-PMH because we have perfectly harvested the dspace dc
metadata records in Primo up to 3 days ago. We harvested non-qualified
dc data, which Primo support very well, with the OAI crosswalk

. (which you probably can't reach because, as I wrote, we have a damned
firewall).
As we wish/need to have qualified dc metadata (for display, search,
etc.) in Primo, we tried to use the OAI crosswalk
http://dspace.sns.it:8180/oai/request?verb=ListRecords&metadataPrefix=qdc to
harvest from dspace to Primo which didn'nt worked well (Consider Primo
generates the so called PNX files in it).
The Primo pipes showed errors.
We don't understand why.

It can be done (see e.g. [1]) and I'm pretty
sure it will be easy, just describe the immediate problem you're
facing. How did you get the impression that Primo doesn't support OAI
harvesting?
