Hi all, Just answering this myself - it seems it is safe just to drop the bi_* tables, and delete all records from communities2item.
Cheers, Robin. It looks like running 'index-init' at version 3 might have done this for me, but that option is no longer there at version 4. Is there something I can run that will do this for me or is there a list of tables that I could manually tidy up? Cheers, Robin.
