Thank you, Claudia. That works. Our test server is using password authentication for now.
One thing I noticed is that if the "specialgroup" has submit permission for a collection, that collection does not occur in the drop-down list for users. Instead, they must browse to the collection and then the "submit to this collection link" appears. Is there something special to get the collection into the submission drop-down list?
