Hi Daniel
As I suspected.
Nothing is listening on port 8080 and no webapps are deployed in the Tomcat
folder.
Try the following:
1. http://wiki.lib.sun.ac.za/index.php/SUNScholar/Prepare_Ubuntu
2. http://wiki.lib.sun.ac.za/index.php/SUNScholar/Install_DSpace
