thanks for the report. Not a solution yet, but I was able to reproduce this
on demo.dspace.org:

Search > Advanced filters > Title Contains "Test Word". And it still gives
you "Test Webpage" as the first hit after applying the filter.

Is this the exact behaviour you wanted to report?
