The deprecation warning is annoying but I think it can be ignored. The IO Exception messages are probably unrelated to the deprecation but they are the first thing I would investigate in pursuit of your other problem, whatever it is. Setting aside the log messages, what happens when you try to browse each instance of DSpace? -- Mark H.
