Mainly due to our passive users. We tried training DSpam with a corpus, but 
were having trouble with false positives. We subsequently re-implemented 
without corpus training. SA is set to be "relaxed"; it catches the most 
egregious spam. If users need more filtering, they can train via DSpam.
