If you feed the message as a corpus message then DSPAM is anyway ignoring it's 
own header. Regardless if you have set IgnoreHeader in dspam.conf or not.

Even if you would not include IgnoreHeader it should not make a big difference. 
But if you want to be ultra correct then adding the IgnoreHeader directive is 
the way to go.
