Wait a minute. I must be overworked :)
Virus messages don't get tokenized (when you look at the signature table you 
will probably not find any entry there matching your DSPAM id. Right?) and 
therefore when loading the message from the signature table is not possible and 
hence the message with no tokens.

Can you verify that there is no entry in the signature table for the DSPAM 
signature id?
