This message from Ed got bounced by mailman, so I am forwarding it again.
Probably Ed is again unsubscribed from mailman or he is using another sender
address then the one he has subscribed with. Anyway....

I was thinking that it might be more secure to have our users not use
their username to login.

Currently, the username and email is:
[email protected]
and they login with user / PASSWORD.

Now, I was thinking of changing the username to something like:
9934953495435 and then setting up "user" as an alias, so that they still
get email, etc.

1) Thoughts on this in general?
2) If I went this route, would I be able to migrate the data in the
mysql database or would I have to start over?

Ed
