But in the message header I can see the signature:

The question is why cannot a message be submitted for reclassification?
If you've verified that the signature is present, either in the body or
headers, and the PurgeSignatures time limit hasn't been exceeded, this
error is often due to submitting for retraining as the wrong user (e.g.
a user UID instead of a group ID).
