Denis,
For sample syntax of how dspam_admin expects the preferences to be worded, look in your dspam.conf,
# grep ^Preference dspam.conf

You see how these are spelled out?
What you are looking for is statisticalSedation.

So, to configure your user [EMAIL PROTECTED] with NO tb, do this
dspam_admin ch pref [EMAIL PROTECTED] statisticalSedation 0

Query it afterward by typing
dspam_admin li pref [EMAIL PROTECTED]

hth,
Sean

user was getting much more spam than they thought they should. When I looked at their prefs, I could see that tb=1. I updated that table, to set tb=0 and almost immediately I saw a decline in their spam. For this

Could you tell me how did you change their perference? Via dspam_admin as

dspam_admin add pref [EMAIL PROTECTED] 'Feature tb' 0

or something else?
