hi all... purge-4.1.sql has been in place since about a month ago - first dspam set up. this morning it hung up the whole mail server for about 3 hrs. i had to kill it... no mail was delivered - all dbs were locked... any ideas? nothing in the sql.error log... all the data and stats seem to be there... i guess the sql 'TRANSACTION' saved it... and dspam seems to be working again.... found stuff on line to add indexes to the tables... maybe i will... but even without them 3 hrs is a bit too much...
