I have written a script that trains dspam from imap dirs.
"http://limacute.projects.linpro.no/browser/trunk/tools/imap2dspam";
It is still an early version, but works for me.
The script requires that signatures are inserted into the email by
dspam, so the signature can be used for retraining.

This script assumes all spam is dumped to a Spam folder, and that
everything else is delivered elsewhere.
It then detects if the user has moved a spam email to another folder, or
moved an innocent email to the spam folder. Either way it corrects
dspam, so that the email is classified correctly.

I run this script i crontab every hour.
The script uses a imap stored cache over last seen messages, and is
therefore very quick.

If you are interested in using the utility, I will make an english translation
of the
norwegian text.
