I am having this problem and am unable to figure it out. I've read what
others have done to resolve this but nothing is working for me.

Here is the error:

postfix# dspam --class=spam --user global --source=error <
CC748F22DBDB1BE8B20421500614254261755A4.MSG

' failed07/03/2007 11:26:38] Signature retrieval for
'1,468a5cac411742047920731

47842: [07/03/2007 11:26:38] Unable to find a valid signature. Aborting.

47842: [07/03/2007 11:26:38] process_message returned error -5.
dropping message.

I have dspam setup to use one shared group for everything:

global:shared:*dspam

That signature does exist in mysql and global has a UID of 1.

I've tried turning the ParseToHeaders stuff on and off.

This worked when I initially set up dspam. I'm not sure what has
changed, so I even tried deleting the database, removing dspam and
starting from scratch.

I have to figure this out soon because I have 20,000 users whose mail is
being poorly filtered and I have no way to properly train dspam! I
apreeciate any help I can get.

Thanks!
