Hello dspam users, I am new to dspam so please be gentle...
I have installed dspam and the webfrontend module and at the moment am not seeing a great deal of messages detected via dspam but I am very busy training via the [EMAIL PROTECTED] configuration . I have a problem with the webfrontend thought that may indicate that I have a much bigger problem with my install. None of the users can see historical data or set preferences. I am fairly sure that my web server and site config are set up correctly, as well as all permissions etc. When a user authenticates and then looks at the history tab, the following is displayed: An Error Has Occured The following error occured while trying to process your request: No historical data is available I have modified the cgi script to show the location and can see that it is looking for /var/spool/dspam/data/local/phil/phil.log and I can see that this does not exist (actually, local is as deep as it goes). What process should create these directories and files? Also note I have configured a group vi creating /var/spool/dspam/group containing dspam:shared:*.mydomain.com.au Where should I look and what log or configuration files should I be looking at etc. Cheers Phil -- Tel: 0400 466 952 Fax: 0433 123 226 email: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
